However, once into the hotel the facility is first rate, and the ragged memories of the old section of town fade quickly. The good news with regard to old town is that you only have to walk around the corner and you are there. Our room was not large, but was impeccably furnished, and boasted high ceilings as well as an expansive balcony. As mentioned in other reviews, there is valet parking (only) at €25.00/per night.   "great rooms but poor wifi and busy road"
  "Great rooms with a sensible lay-out. Bathroom is separate enough from bedroom area to feel comfortable, no more living on top of each other / putting on the tv for white noise. Bathroom was small but perfectly formed. Bedroom area is sensible again, good bed, plus there is a Nespresso style coffe..."e machine with pods. Balcony requests run the chance of overlooking a very busy road. Less busy at night, and the double glazed french doors work very well. Noise wasn't an issue with the door closed, and in the mornings it was fun to watch the local driving whilst having coffee. Wifi was really unreliable. My partner needed good wifi for business, when we reported it wasn't strong or would drop out reception really didn't care. A shrug of the shoulders and a comment of "oh yeah, we've been having problems". Our booking confirmation stated we paid extra for the wifi, at check in we were told it was automatically included.
