  "The Silver Resort is in a beautiful location on the shore of Lake Balaton. It is in the midst of Balatonfured, which is a lake-side resort community with several shops, restaurants, marinas, etc. The rooms are quite nice and comfortable, with updated furniture and fixtures. The balcony overlooked..." the marina and pool. The bathroom was smallish, not a room I would want to spend a week with the entire family, but fine for a single business traveller. The only downside was music from a nearby club that played pretty late. For that, I closed the window. The breakfast was pretty good, with a decent assortment of foods, though not enough fruit selections. A lakeside promenade offered a very pleasant alternative to the gym, allowing for a great walk early in the morning. I would not mind at all to come back for a longer stay. " More >
