  "We were pleasantly surprised to find we had been upgraded from an Executive B to Executive A room which was huge, with a large desk area at one end, lounge suite at the other and windows on 3 sides. Because the room was so large it took a while to cool. The a/c was assisted by 2 ceiling fans but on..."ly one was working. Wifi (free) was slow, especially at the desk end of room, TV was old but worked well with a good variety of channels and it was a real bonus to have the lounge area to sit and watch or read or use the wifi. Bed was typically hard and bathroom dated (shower over bath). Our room was on the third (top) floor, there is no lift and only a petite young woman on reception to assist with our cases. It took us approx 15-20 mins to walk into the riverside tourist area or there are plenty of tuktuks. Breakfast was perfectly adequate and served promptly. Staff were pleasant.
