  "We stayed here by accident due to full hotels next to the Shenzhen Airport, and I am glad we made the 10 minute taxi ride to this property. Although I cannot comment on the quality of the rooms in the properties across from the airport, this property had them beat hands down on lobby cleanliness ..."and lack of touts bothering us as we approached. The location is random, but the staff are friendly, the room very clean, and the Chinese food (for dinner) very good. The restaurant even has pictures on the menu if you are new to China. Admittedly, it has quite a local style with the large Chinese restaurant, grand lobby, and massage center, but I am glad we found our way here. Give yourself an extra five minutes to the airport in the morning, so the bell staff can go out to the main road to hail a taxi. " More >

  "I stay in Grant Hyatt Shenzhen for one night in early May because of a business travel. Thanks to the Hyatt Diamond Membership, my room is upgraded to the Executive Floor. I appreciate not only the upgrade, but also the room assignment because it is actually the same room I stay in a few months ..."ago! The services, especially the Club at 25/F, are excellent. The Staff is attentive and the service is efficient. Both the evening cocktail and the breakfast are of high quality! The only complaint is about the Italian restaurant La Terrazza: a. There are more than one mostique keeping "flying" around my bread throughout my dining. Note that I actually sit indoor, rather than outdoor. b. I order a set lunch with soup and pasta. I am very surprised that the pasta is served before the soup! In other words, the dishes mentioned are not prepared and served in the correct sequence.
