  "Stayed at TCOV from 19th to 30th of April and I have to say it is one of the best hotels I have stayed in. We had a fabulous room in the Soleil building overlooking the lagoon and the Sheraton which was just what we requested by e-mail, and a kettle in our room also as requested. All the staff from ..."cleaners, gardeners, entertainment team, bar staff, customer relations to managers were all so friendly and helpful. Food and drinks were all good and the Dine Around option makes a nice change. Special thanks to Faoud for our room choice, both customer relations girls and Michael on the bar in Soleil building.   "I just came back from a week in this resort i was there with my wife and our lovely daughter 2 years old, the infrastructure is great a lot of space, rooms are nicely decorated and all the environment is well maintained. The different restaurant are great specially the main one where the staff is very friendly and professional special mention to the managers MICHEL (French speaker) and AHMAD. The food quality is good, despite other resort there is a large variety you will never had 2 times the same dishes during your stay, the F&B Manager is looking around all the time you feel that there is a captain on board ! Unfortunately the stay was too short and mosquitos started to show off so...! Last advice if you expect a beautiful sandy beach this is not the right place !! " More >
