My husband, two teenaged daughters and I had adjoining rooms on the first floor of the large building at the back of the resort. Our rooms were booked online quite sometime in advance but I had been confused about the dates whe..."n I booked and missed a day out. This was easily remedied by the staff while we were there and we didn't have to move to different rooms. I had organized to be picked up from the airport, not having been to Lombok before I was unsure of the availability of transport. There are a great variety of transport available to take you anywhere on Lombok from the airport at a more reduced rate than what we paid through the hotel. However it was nice that it was all arranged and we could go directly to the hotel. The ride was very comfortable and our driver was very informative about the beautiful island he lives on.
