  "If your traveling plans include Alpine, I highly recommend a night's stay (or longer) @ the Maverick Inn. Travelers can park their cars, trucks, bikes right outside of your room door. The rooms are clean, beds are super comfortable with wonderful sheets and comforter. Flat screen TV with HBO, etc...". Pool is clean and fun to hang out in sun. Water may be a little cold, but feels so good after a day of sun. Music piped in under the small cabana with table and chairs, BBQ grill too. Perfect place to stay if traveling with dogs. Staff members are most personable and accommodating. The morning Continental Breakfast area in the office area is the best. Homemade fresh muffins, etc., as well as the best of all things you'd ever think of for a light, healthy breakfast. You can even raid the double door stainless steel fridge for juices, yogurt, butter, etc. I live 2.5 hours from Alpine, but find it a peaceful and relaxing place to go and unwind.
