It had a brook running in front of it and along with the sounds from the forest drew us really close to nature. The hotel is well landscaped and kept neat and tidy everywhere. The view of the twin peaks behind the hotel and the horizon in front was spectacular. Note that the hotel faces the south so the sunset isn't really in front of you but you get a good view from the pier. The beach is a little rocky but there are patches of sandy areas suitable for kids. The eternity pool is also a good place to chill.   "Had a great weekend at Berjaya; fantastic food and good prices. The perfect place for a 3-4 day stay (or longer if you have a family). Not a party place as such, but you can go snorkeling or hiking. I would definitely recommend Berjaya."

The whole resort is set in superb gardens, with a dense jungle on steep hills as a backdrop. Food was good rather than excellent as it was a buffet for breakfast & dinner & some dishes loose texture & freshness soon after cooking. The diving centre is top class, the equipment in very good condition, clean & modern. Instructors & dive masters very professional. Some of the maintenance can be a little lax on the chalets, our room had 5 lights not working & mains wiring exposed in the cupboard.
