The chef is superb - try to stay at least 2 or 3 nights, so you can enjoy the food, the other guests, and the wonderful ambience. I rented a motorcycle which was delivered to me at the airport at Nice. it was a beautiful ride from Nice to the village of St. Laurent du Verdon.
