  "This hotel is the best bang for your buck in the stretch between Sherman Oaks and Thousand Oaks. The hotel is located in a nice area of Calabasas. There's a grocery/drug store and food options nearby. The hotel is basic but provides everything you would need for a night or two. I don't know if a..."ll the rooms are this way but mine was clean and the walls appeared to be recently painted. Bathroom was clean as well. TV was newer flat panel style but not a very big screen. One odd aspect of the hotel is the oddly narrow walkways outside the rooms on the 2nd story. 2 people with roller suitcases would not be able to pass each other. Also, the walkways change levels at various spots forcing you to lift your suit case up and down the stairs. I would have taken the elevator but I couldn't find it. I'm not sure there is one.
