The..." room was attractively furnished and decorated with pastel colors and clean, quiet and looked new. The green clay sea plaques and pictures on the walls were a nice touch. The gas FP was nice to have and the shutters on the windows were nice rather than curtains. The bathroom was exceptionally nicely designed and a good size with pretty tiles and glass shower doors and a frosted window. The breakfast was limited. I would suggest making coffee available in the lobby in the evening. I would recommend for others to stay there and I would stay there again. " More >

The room was spotless and had all of the amenities one would expect from a high end hotel room...the special soaps and coffees. Our particular room had no fireplace. The next morning, we enjoyed the continental breakfast provided by the hotel. It was nice, but we've had better at other, less expensive, hotels. We would recommend the Tickle Pink Inn. However, it is quite pricey. I think more value for your money could be obtained at other hotels in the area. We spent two nights at the Tickle Pink Inn. I was heisitant at first to book it because of the reviews before when it was the Carmel Crystal Inn but the staff on the phone were so kind and accomadating I figured I'd roll the dice, and I'm glad I did. The new rooms are beautiful, we stayed in the Twisted Roots King Suite and absolutely loved it. The walls had been re insulted so even though the street it's located on was fairly busy during the day when the door and windows were closed we could barely hear the traffic.
