Every employee I encountered on site was exceptionally friendly and helpful. The room was great - the usual cleanliness, and comfortable beds and pillows we've come to expect. My husband and daughter who have very sensitive hearing didn't complain about noise from other rooms. Breakfast was outstanding - a cut above what we expected. Hot selections (two kinds of scrambled eggs, bacon, sausage, and I think french toast), fresh fruit, cereal, breads, donuts, oatmeal, juice.   "Since we stayed at this hotel a year ago they have updated the TV's to 42" flat screens, an upgrade we made a point of suggesting in our review last year. We had a much nicer room this time and the bed was very comfortable with warmer bedding. Unfortunately the heater/AC was still noisy and we had ..."to get up in the night to unplug it as it was keeping us awake. The lobby and restaurant/breakfast room were being renovated so we decided not to have dinner in the restaurant. Breakfast was very good but in a temporary location and not everything was out so we had to wait to be served which was time consuming. There was a power outage just after we checked in around 6 PM and the internet went down as well. The power was restored almost immediately but the internet didn't come back up until almost 10 PM which was a major inconvenience.
