  "Stayed here 1 night with kids. $73 including basic breakfast was great value. Very clean and located between the hot springs and pagosa brewery and grill. Owners very friendly and welcoming and kept breakfast open late for us after a sleep in. Highly recommend this place for the price. "

  "I'm a Colorado Native and somehow missed out on this town all my life. We were asked to go with some friends and so glad we went. The drive from Denver is long, but quite scenic, making the trip worth while. Upon check in I was a little nervous as I heard some of the rooms here are not so nice. We a..."rrived at our room and found it to be pretty nice (we were in the middle building). Went down to the swimming holes and found it to be a lot of fun, going to the different temperatures. We had kids in tow, and happy to see they had a kid movie going, however the kids wanted a warmer pool so didn't last there long. Our first night was Saturday night and it was busy. They did a fairly good job coming through to make sure people had paid to be there. I was disappointed in their bar, they had mainly low end alcohol.   "The exterior has kind of a weathered look.The rooms are spotless and well maintained.The staff is friendly and helpful.About a ten minute walk to downtown area.The plumbing is a little noisy,you know when your neighbor is in the bathroom."
