  "This is a reasonably priced hotel in a convenient location. I have stayed at this hotel 4-5 times previously on business. This trip was personal. We were greeted warmly on check-in. We did not have a reservation, but the evening manager quickly was able to locate a room that met our request. Ou..."r Choice hotels membership number and our senior discount were applied to the price. When we reached our room, we discovered that TV controller was missing. We called the front desk to request assistance. The manager responded immediately with a new controller and remained until we could ensure that the new controller was working properly. While located against the interstate highway, the room was quiet and the bed clean and very comfortable. At breakfast the next morning, the manager stopped by our table to inquire about our experience. We thoroughly enjoyed our conversation with him. I will definitely return to this Comfort Inn for future trips to the Hartford area. " More >
