We stayed a week in the condo and had no substantive problems - just a few minor issues - the lights in the kitchen and bedroom didn't work but it was n..."o big deal. The location is great - right on the bay and across from the beach on the Gulf. Easy walking distance to a big public beach. It was very quiet even though the rest of the condos were occupied with families and a wedding party. We loved the 2B condo because of the big lanai but some of the other condos didn't have one. Parking is very limited. Overall - good value and no cleaning fee!! You are asked just to do a few very easy cleaning tasks before you leave - like starting a load of towels.   "We have stayed here more than a few times and love it. They have what they call "the beach house" directly on the gulf of Mexico, and it's where we love to stay. It's a one bedroom unit in a building of 4 units, and the view is phenomenal. It's always clean, well cared for, and quiet. The ma..."in part of the resort is on the Bay side of the barrier island, and while they have all of the amenities there including laundry, grills, pool and hot tub, we have not stayed in the units that are part of the main resort. Our favorite is the beach house because there's a view of the gulf from your unit. The beach is relatively vacant, even in normally crowded times, and the view is phenomenal. There are no beach chairs allowed overnight during turtle nesting season (State Law) but there are chairs on the balcony overlooking the gulf and on the little "porch" area just outside of the unit. I had an issue with my door key not working at 1am and they came right out and let me in even though I had to get them out of bed.
