Even if you paid and parked wherever you stay in Miami Beach, chances of you having to drive around while sight-seeing during the day are quite high, especially if you happen to visit other beaches (not neighboring your hotel), ocean drive or a good place to dine in. I found this hotel to be within reasonable driving distance to South Beach and Ocean drive. What stood out for us though and sets this hotel apart from the standard "chain" hotel was the customer service. The staff behind the front desk and in the onsite restaurant were very friendly and helpful, from check-in to assisting us with using the buses and getting around. By far the most amazing experience at this hotel though was Carrie, our shuttle driver. So incredibly friendly and happy in what she does that it just shines through and made for a very enjoyable ride.
