  "We have stayed here numerous times. The rooms are always clean and the management is always helpful. We typically arrive very late on our first night and our room keys are always hidden in exactly the spot that they tell us.... We have never had any problems with the cleanliness of the rooms and ..."we have probably stayed here 6 or 7 times over the years. Each room has a small kitchenette area, a living room area with a sleeper sofa, a bedroom with a sink/mirror area and then the bathroom.... The bedroom has a tv of its own along with another TV in the living room area. Some rooms have fireplaces and vaulted ceilings. Very reasonably priced for a hotel right in town that sleeps 4 to a room..... Try it out, you won't be disappointed!! " More >

  "Four couples celebrated the men's 50 yr reunion by staying at the Abe Martin Lodge. Stayed in the newer rooms in the annex with king beds. Rooms could use some upgrading in the furniture and lounge chairs. Both look worn out. Mattresses were upgraded and we slept well. Shower area with toilet one o..."f the smallest I've ever seen. Most of us were larger sized and it was close. Food in the dining room was some of the best we ever eaten. Much better priced than the places in Nashville which are over priced! The Wednesday night buffet was excellent--especially the fried chicken. (Better than the Nashville House) The pool area was closed due to spring draining and cleaning but we don't swim much anyway. Great place to take the grandkids, however. Much to offer. We noticed a huge hot tub in one corner. Front desk employees were always friendly and helpful.
