The woman running the hotel was BEYOND accommodating. She was helpful, knowledgeable, and a pleasure to talk to and do business with. When we found..." the room to be too hot for our liking she was quick to fetch us fans and make sure we were fully satisfied! YES, the building is old, but that’s part of its beauty! Only an ignorant people would expect the inside to be as spic and span, and as modern as a brand new Comfort Inn. The lobby was quite charming and there is a nice big warm looking fireplace. The room was tidy and clean, I’ve traveled a lot and this room was no worse than any large chain I’ve been in. If anything the room was cleaner than half of its big name competitors!
