Some of the other people on our trip had some minor issues with their rooms maintenance wise, but I didn't. Only problem I had was one night..." someone's car alarm went off for a while, but can't neccessarily blame the hotel for that one. Room was about what you'd expect, nothing crazy one way or the other. Downstairs sports bar was nice, you didn't get a lot of noise from it and they had a nice beer selection. If you want a really nice bar and food, hit the John Harvard's, it is about a mile away. If business takes me to this region again, would certainly consider staying here again. " More >

  "Hamptons can be all over the place in terms of quality but this one ranks way up there in my opinion. Great service from check in to check out. Parking is a little messy but to be expected due to the number of popular dining options nearby. Large rooms with plenty of counter space, great breakfas..."t, clean linens AND duvet covers - HUGE in my book. No rooms service but got a 5$ coupon for sports bar/grill off the lobby. Menu so-so and everything was hot. Pizza? Adds chili flakes. Caesar salad? Added chipotle to the dressing. Odd. Overall surprised by the high quality of this property and would certainly return. The Natick Mall is right down the street, with Saks Fifth Ave, Neiman Marcus , Nordstrom....truly the best Mall in the North East!!
