We had actually booked another hotel in Providence for the night of the game, but stopped here to use their restroom and change into our game clothes in their restroom (..."I know, we are horrible!!). As we were leaving, we realized that we hadn't printed our tickets and asked the woman at the front desk, I think her name is Michelle, if we could use the business center. We told her we weren't guests there, but she was kind and allowed us to use the printer. Well, turns out the printer was broken, and feeling bold, we asked if she could print for us. She obliged! We were so pleased with her "customer" service that we ended up deciding to actually become customers and stay at the BW for the night, even though our other hotel in Providence (25 miles from the stadium) was paid for.
