The front staff and valet staff was very nice and courteous,. They will even print your boarding passes if you have not already done so. They have a pool and workout facility, but it is very small and we were tired so we did not get a chance to use it. The rooms are like all the Westins. My problems were the same: the sheets were scratchy and stiff and the a/c vent blows along the window instead of into the room so it gets very still during the night even with the fan on high.
