My experience at this hotel was excellent - room was clean, bed comfortable, all appliances worked well, staff were helpful, breakfast was just like all the rest of the hotels, an..."d it was quiet. I only heard a barking dog a couple of times and that was in the middle of the day so it was no problem. I can agree that there is a bit of an odor in the hallway, but there was no smell in my room. For half the price of the "nicer" hotels it town,it is well worth it. I would definitely stay here again. " More >

We have stayed at other hotels in town through the years and by far the Americinn is the BEST. The manager Paul has always been professional, helpful, an..."d accommodating. He has rememberd us from the first stay. Its very nice to feel so welcomed each time we return. The hotel is immaculate. The rooms are very nice and clean. The bed is exceptionally comfortable. The pool area is great. Breakfast is always fresh. We look forward to another three years coming up to Northfield and staying at the Americinn. The McHugh's " More >
