Some of the negative reviews on here are rediculous because the rates are very reasonable. Who cares if it isnt a brand new resort- the proce would be double the price if it was brand n..."ew. I believe we got a deal on priceline for $100 a night. Our room was clean and roomy. They have FIVE POOLS and a free putt putt course. They show a kids movie poolside every night on a projector screen. There is a bar poolside also. There is a kids racetrack nearby not to mentions a million other things to do since it is in the heart of Osage Beach. We had a FANTASTIC trip and if we werent going to Nashville this summer we would definately go back. Maybe next summer!!! I recommend this hotel 100%!! " More >

  "We returned to Treetop Village again this year, and were not disappointed. Check-in was easy, although a bit busy at four o'clock. We were given all the necessary information about the resort and surrounding area at the time of check-in, and any questions we had were politely addressed. The villa..." (#61), was clean, neat, well furnished as well as being to afford peeks at the lake. The furnishings are in good condition, although becoming a bit dated. The outside decks were comfortable and the proximity of the indoor pool was very handy. The pool was clean, the hot tubs were also well maintained and comfortable. We did have guests visit us during the week, and the only issue was the limited parking. An on site lot is available, and we utilized it for our visitors. I do respect the fact that limiting parking per villa preserves the integrity of the natural setting.
