There were a lot of people at check-in and check-out, but the front desk staff worked very quickly and were very polite. The rooms were nice and clean. The hotel is very close to Busch Stad..."ium, about a 4 block walk. We had read some bad reviews about the parking deck so we chose to valet park. The service was outstanding. They had the car up very quickly anytime we needed it and were extremely friendly. We got lucky and got one of the few rooms that faced the Arch which was an excellent view! I had an issue with the hair dryer and called down, they had another one up within minutes and called to make sure it arrived. We also decided to order room service breakfast on our anniversary.
