  "We have stayed here 3 times now, and will be back for more. The cabins are very spacious and have full kitchens. You could easily stay for an extended period, although we have only be able to do one nighters so far. There are a couple places across the road to buy groceries and also a few places ..."to eat that are walking distance as well as the gift shop where you sign in. (They have yummy ice cream at the gift shop!) This last stay, they had recently opened an area that houses a bar and has room for large groups/meeting, etc. The night we were there, they had pulled pork sandwiches and chips for free with our drinks. The grounds are beautiful and lush and you can walk down the slope to the dock on the water. It is so relaxing that you could stay forever. There prices aren't bad, and the people are so friendly and wiling to help with anything you need. Definately a place to remember when you are in the area. " More >

  "My husband and I decided it was just time to get out of town. So headed out and had no special plans. We just knew we wanted to get away. What a wonderful place we found in Trout Creek, Montana. John & Julie Harris are the proud owners of "Lakeside Motel and Resort" and they should be. What a beaut..."iful location along the Noxon Reservoir and the Clark Fork River. We were fortunate to get a suite and what a beautiful suite it was. Full kitchen with all the amities of home. All the details in that suite were done to perfection. The best part was the Jacuzzi. My husband and I had a wonderful stay and I know we will be back and hopefully many more times. Oh ya, I almost forgot the Lounge and Gift Shop is taken care of with the same kind of love that they have with the resort. Employees were fun and very tentative to their customers.
