There were several areas where the Woodcliff staff excelled in service. First and foremost, the Special Events Director did an outstanding job in the detailed planning for the wedding. The wedding reception and banquet went without a hitch and was as elegant as could be expected. Both hotel event managers were conspicuously visible during the evening events. Reception bar service was above average. The banquet and hospitality rooms were ideally appointed for our wedding receptions and our guests. We cannot say enough about the bell staff. All new equiptment and individual tv's on the machines. Our room was spotless. The linens were brand new and upscale. New flat screen television. WiFi worked great. Shower worked and was powerful. Only complaint that i can agree with is the walls are a bit thin, but not awful. I usually dont write reviews, but the bad reviews posted on this site were very misleading in my opinion. Can't speak on subject of cancelled reservations and poor service, because our experience with staff was very pleasant, even took advantage of complimentary valet parking.
