  "We only intended to stay 1 night as we were travelling from Niagara Falls to Meredith near the White Mountain National Forest. It's in a really pretty location with great views. On entering we were greeted by the smell of open log fires with lots of wood and antiques but an unwelcoming glare by som..."e people waiting to be seated for a meal. It took a short while for someone to check us in and they were friendlier. We had booked the Cymbal room for me and my wife as well as our 17 year old granddaughter. The room it's self was comfortable with 2 queen-size beds but no hanging space and limited drawers for clothes so living out of your case here would be the norm. The is a very nice looking restaurant but we didn't eat there as we felt the menu was not suited to our granddaughter as she's more burger and fries person.   "My husband and I enjoyed our recent stay very much. What was very nice is that the hostess, Diane, really does give you a great deal of privacy and independence. She has truly opened her home to her guests and made us feel very comfortable using the kitchen for minor niceties like hot cocoa, etc. ..."We also felt very comfortable even outside the home. We brought our small dog as well and she was super cool concerning all aspects of having a dog at a B&B. She even "babysat" him one night while we went out to dinner rather than shutting him in our room. We would wholeheartedly recommend this B&B to any sort of guest. " More >

  "Rooms are clean, newer, with micro and fridge. The rooms have a slight view of the lake but there's a nice grassy area, gazebo, and chairs right on the lake shore. Service was friendly and rooms had what we needed."
