  "Overall a good place to stay - clean and fair value for the price. And very convenient to the SUNY campus, as well as restaurants and shops. It was not the best Residence Inn I've ever stayed in (the one in Albany is better). I was a bit annoyed when I was given a handicapped room, and not told. It ..."was raining when we checked in, and by the time we realized it would have been a hassle to move. When I asked at the front desk, they just said that's all that was left in my room type. Ideally I should have at least been told when I was checking in - and given the opportunity to change my room type. (Maybe I would have up-grade, but they'll never know.) Also for a handicapped room, the path there was an very uneven and slippery slate walkway - no handicapped accessible for sure!
