  "Not sure what all the bad reviews are about. We went in not expecting much because of what we read here, and we wound up thoroughly enjoying our stay here. The check in was easy, and friendly. The office is not located at the motel though, but 2 buildings down(there's the motel, a set of efficie..."ncy apts and then the office/pier). We were lucky enough to get a room on the 3rd floor, away from the pier and were extremely happy. The room was clean(I brought bed bug rid and disinfectant wipes in case and didn't need to use them) and neat. We had two double beds, a mini fridge, a microwave, a dresser, nightstand, plenty of lighting and 2 chairs by the window, with still plenty of room to move about. Outside was our balcony, and a beautiful view of the ocean. We only heard our neighbors when they were sitting outside and the A/C wasn't running; which wasn't too often since we like to keep the room cool.
