Amazing clam chowder on the ferry! I had it again on the trip back! Our car rental had stayed open for us and met us at the dock when we landed. The drive to Pacific Shores was about 30 minutes. We could have had better directions, but we also were exhausted. We should have brought our GPS. I had phoned ahead to alert staff to my husband's new mobility issue. They gave us a parking spot in the garage, next to the elevator, which took us right to our 3r floor room. Perfect! We were also close to the restaurant, which served excellent food.   "I actually had to cancel reservation because husband was ill. We were past the cancellation policy time limit but, they were so understanding and allowed us to cancel. I will definately try again another time. I think that's great customer service."
