  "I had lived in Grants Pass as a young girl, and as we traveled home to California on I-5 we decided to stop in overnight as to be there on Mother's Day. Finding Weasku Inn made our overnight stay one of the most memorable hotel stays ever, and we have traveled a lot. We got in late, about 10:00 pm, ..."but were warmly welcomed, and we were upgraded to a single cabin because of an online booking error. We woke up to the sound of the Rogue River outside, our balcony overlooked the river, which is a short walking distance away over a bridge located at the edge of the property. We sat on the sand bars and soaked up the sound and beautiful weather...then went into the Lodge for a great buffet breakfast. This was on Mother's Day, and we met the kindest lady named Nancy, who kept the buffet stocked, and who gave out carnations for Mother's Day. She, of course, did not know this was my Mother's favorite flower, or that she died when I was very young, but it brought tears to my eyes, and Nancy felt... " More >

  "Friendliest Staff Ever!"
  "We spent two nights in a King Cabin (w/ fireplace) overlooking the Rogue River and irrigation canal. The room was spacious, clean and very well appointed (fluffy bathrobes and plenty of towels in the bathroom, small table and chairs by the window, and a loveseat couch for tv or fireplace viewing). ..." Large balcony with rocking chairs and a small table (for our happy hour hours!). But the best part of our stay was the staff -- every single person there went out of his/her way to make our stay enjoyable. (Thanks for the hiking/walking tips, Kurt; thanks for the appetizers, chocolate chip cookies and the stories, Zackie; and for the great breakfast service Nancy and everyone else who made sure we were happy, happy, happy with everything!)   "Great hotel and wonderful staff"
  "My wife and I from England booked to stay for 8 nights and the hotel was perfect for seeing the beautiful state of Oregon. Holly Reilly the manager booked everything for me by e-mail so we did not have to worry. The reception staff could not have been nicer and nothing was too much trouble for them...."...just ask.....the breakfast staff were always cheerful and helpful and the cleaning staff went out of their way to make our stay as pleasant as possible....rooms have a view of the river with a balcony and an inside stone fireplace with a gas log effect for them cold nights. A 1 minute walk to the excellent Taprock restaurant and 10 minutes for a walk up the street to G street for more bars and restaurants. We are looking forward to coming back and recommend this hotel to anyone wanting a nice quiet break. " More >
