The family in the lobby had rented three rooms and were on their second night but he was unbelievably snarky with them and made each ..."of them recite their room number. My husband went in and used the bathroom while I was making our reservation online and Matt questioned him on his way in and on his way out saying, "So you're making a reservation, huh?" When I came in and told him I was done making the reservation and had a number for it, he ignored me and stared at the screen. I reported myself and he said, "I know, I'm waiting for it to pop up." He was too lazy to your in the number. Finally, he agreed to put it in, found us right away, and told us he had to give us a smoking room. I asked why and he said, "I don't have any nonsmoking.
