It's the only value-priced hotel in Roseburg (that I'm aware of) that has inside corridors and the hotel itself well above average. Lastly, the location is very convenient: right off the freeway, very close to shopping and to many, many restaraunts -- including sharing a parking lot with Elmer's.   "I stayed here over the weekend with three kids and it was perfect. The front desk staff (or owner, I am not sure; her name is Tina and she is great) are super friendly and helpful. One caveat: If you're coming south on I-5, the hotel is not on the interstate signs and it isn't visible from I-5. Take..." exit 125, go left and then left on Mulholland Dr. It's not hard to find, just two lefts off the interstate. Elmer's restaurant is right across the street which was very convenient to get the kids some lunch after we checked in. The pool and spa are indoor and available year-round. I picked this hotel specifically because there is a pool and it was great to let the kids unwind before bed. We were in Roseburg to go to Wildlife Safari the next day and it worked out really well. The breakfast isn't a conventional ''continental'' breakfast; they have a waffle maker, yogurt, scrambled eggs, biscuits & gravy, cereal, fruit and the normal bagels, toast and donuts.
