The Carriage House is in-house. We had breakfast twice the other weekend. The Best 4 Value breakfast costs about $6 as I recall. Two eggs, toast, great deep fried potatoes and bacon. My eggs were cooked perfectly. The toast was sort of buttered and they brought more with it. There was an extra piece of bacon. But the eggs were pre-salted. Really salty! I ate them anyway. And I mentioned the salt to the hostess. The next day, I mentioned the need to not pre-salt the eggs ... and they listened. Everything was just as I had hoped. Very good.
