  "Hotel is clean IMO. Indoor pool is great for the kids. Staff is polite and professional. Not sure that there is much to do in the area as I was staying there for work. But if you need to stay in New Columbia (for whatever reason) this is a great hotel to stay in."

  "We recently stayed at this hotel using Priority Club Points. I had some concerns because some reviews indicated a less than enthusiastic staff. I do not usually write reviews but felt I needed to say something about our stay. It was great. We were greeted promptly and with a smile. Service was good...." We were recognized as priority club members, there were priority club parking spaces up front. I asked about recommendations for eating and was given some very good choices with easy directions. We did not experience any of the negatives mentioned in some of the reviews. The hotel is very clean and our stay was very nice. We had a long day of driving ahead of us so got on the road before breakfast was served, but coffee was fresh even at 4:30 in the AM. And the person preparing breakfast asked if she could get us anything before we left even though nothing was out yet other than coffee. We will definitely stay here again. " More >

  "Don't care for pet-friendly motels"
  "I love dogs, just not in my hotel, which we learned was 100 % pet friendly. We were wakened at 1am by a dog barking in a room down the hall and to his credit, the clerk said he'd call the offender. Just a very noisy hotel for some reason, with foul language filtering from a room as we walked by and ..."doors opening and closing throughout the night. If I hadn't used my rewards for the room, I would have requested a room rate reduction- very little sleep. Highlight was the breakfast and the friendly lady hosting it. FYI- Road to hotel is very rough and needs major repair. " More >
