I was once bitten by a dog in the vacant lot to the south and the staff at HIE was very good about providing me with anything I needed. With that said, avoid walking to the good Mexican restaurant to the south as the manager of the Taco Bell lets his dog run all over the place. I was amazed at this because the police impounded the dog after it bit me, and when I went back a couple months later he was doing the same thing!! " More >
