"My husband surprised me and my daughter with a Valentine's weekend get-a-way. When we arrived, we were greeted by one of the owner's and immediately felt like we were visiting family. Everyone at the House was very kind. The rooms were immaculate and the entire House was beautifully decorated. ..." The breakfast the following morning was delicious and plentiful. I have never submitted a review for a hotel/B&B, etc. before; however, my stay at Franklin-Pearson is definitely worth writing about. I cannot say enough positive things about our weekend outing. We will definitely return to visit again and will highly recommend friends/family to stay there as well. Also, if you stay at the House, you must eat at Sernicola's (Italian cuisine). Their food was excellent and the service was outstanding. Additionally, we visited at several shops while in town and the owners/operators were very friendly and are true representatives of Southern hospitality.

He came back and told me that they didn't have apple but they were in the process of running an apple through the juicer to make me some fresh...so within a minute he returned with a glass of fresh made apple juice. That I have to say makes a world of d...

"My husband and I traveled to Cowan to do some family research in near by Winchester. I am so glad we stayed at the Franklin Pearson House. Everyone was so very nice and helpful. There is a nice restaurant around the corner and the whole town is quiet and quaint.
I wish we lived closer.
