The room was beautifully furnished and was so cozy and welcoming. To my surprise my husband had arranged to have a bouquet of 20 roses, a box of chocolates, bottle of champagne, and a hand written card all waiting for me upon arrival- which are some of the special services offered to guests. We chose to eat dinner in Union the first night which was our only mistake all weekend. Gail and Gary, provide such warm service and conversation to all of the guests, they make you feel like you are visiting family.   "Found Creekside Resort online while looking for something within driving distance of Columbus, OH (which took us about 5 1/2 hours with a couple stops along the way). Everything was just as we pictured based on the website. We stayed in the Cozy Cottage (which was great because we had packed a fe..."w things to keep in the kitchen and the cottage was spacious enough for us to spread out), and it just happened that we were the only guests in that portion of the resort, which worked out perfectly! After being greeted by Kelly, we met Gary and Gail in the Farmhouse. They arranged the time to serve us dinner that evening. We then enjoyed some late day sun by the pool with a few glasses of wine. We had dinner in the Farmhouse (we had planned on having it on one of the many porches, but that late day sun gave way to some cool evening breezes).
