Kerri was very friendly and cooked us a great breakfast. The weather wasn't the best but we took a walk to the River anyway.   "We attended a week-long training at this hotel. Cheryl and Katherine at the front desk went out of their way to be amazingly helpful and cheerful while meeting our various needs. Brenda at breakfast keep everything clean and well stocked and got to know each of us throughout the week. Ginger and ..."Jenny from the conference staff were very attentive to our needs as a group and individually. The only downside was that attention to the sleeping rooms was at times minimal. One woman reported that her bed was not made and trash not emptied for 2 days. Overall it was a great experience and we would definitely come back. " More >
