  "Great location - 10 minutes from the Airport. Great tours - I went on the Mauna Kea tour and it was excellent. They also recommended a tour for the lava hike and it was totally worth it. I had booked a shared lockable room. I got lucky and didn't have to share with anyone. So it worked out pretty ..."good for me. The common restroom was well maintained and I loved the "green" concept they had going with the power saving lights and water saving flushes. The common kitchen was also well stocked with the basics and there was plenty of "to-be-shared" stuff in the fridge :) Couple of things to note though: The "open" beds are really wide open! There is a door for the entire building consisting of the open beds and the locked rooms, but it is left open till 10 p.m. (And on two occasions it was wide open when I got back at midnight - I did bring that to the attention of the staff the next day).
