There is nothing special about this hotel, a standard Sheraton with decent rooms and public spaces at reasonable prices. The quality of the service varies with the conference and maid staff very responsive. But the front desk staff leaves a lot to be desired with limited interest in helping guests and even giving out incorrect information. The second-floor restaurant has a limited menu with a wait staff that is "going through the motions." When we checked in everyone was very courteous and the room was exactly what we expected. The day before we were supposed to check out I got sick and ended up in the hospital. The h..."otel was fully booked and my wife thought that she was going to have to search the city for a room. On her behalf the staff saw to it that she could keep the room and helped her in my absence. Under extraordinary circumstances, the hotel staff saw fit to take care of us and for that I will always be thankful.
