If l..." have one criticism about the restaurant it would be that service at breakfast covering coffee was slow at times but taking a leisurely breakfast meant that this did not really matter. The pool area's offered limited space between sunbeds and the usual claiming of beds at the crack of dawn was prevalent ( both the British and German guests were equally guilty). The rooms were of a very good size and very comfortable. All in all a very pleasant stay and if I were to return to Puerto Mogan I would use this hotel again. " More >

  "Great apartment, relaxing holiday"
  "Just returned from Mogan Valle this morning, had a fantastic relaxing break. We went through Thomas Cook booked B and B, but had emailed the hotel for a high floor and booked an extra night directly due to flight time change. The room we got had sun on the balcony from about 11am to late evening, ..."balcony was the largest have seen. Apartment room 542 well equipped, clean and modern. Some tiling in bathroom a little grimmy but I think this was due to our bathroom having no window, others seemed to have. Bed rooms have two single beds together. There are only ceiling fans, which were ok as was about mid twenties, in heat of summer this could be a problem, though there are air con systems available to rent. On arrival were given a leaflet of options to upgrade to Half Board, b and b etc. The safe is 2 euro a day. Small gym available but very stuffy 2 euro a day or 10 euro 7 days. Spa 7 euro a time but really only has a jaquzzi, steam room, sauna and massage showers, we only used once.... " More >

  "This was our second trip to Cordial Mogan Valle and although we loved Puerto Mogan i don't think we'll return to these apartments. They are clean, the pool areas are lovely - 3 to choose from, the location is great as nice walk to the harbour for dinner, with great supermarket opposite. The downsid..."e is no air conditioning and the beds are not comfortable. Also on the day we were leaving we'd asked for a late check out and were told by the unfriendly reception staff to check later. When i pushed for when later we were told 8pm the day before. So at 8pm we were told 'no' with no explanation. Again i pushed and was told Thomson get all the late check outs. Great way to make you feel valued customers - not. We did get to use the spa for a shower, this was booked begrudgingly for us. " More >
