The hotel is located on the sea front and next door to the swanky Ionian Emerald Resort which is also owned by the same family - therefore you have access to the pool at the Ionian. Makis and his wife Elena are very welcoming and went out of their way to make our stay a memorable one.   "The hotel is outside of Sami in a nice quiet location overlooking the beach. The rooms were clean and freshly decorated, the bathroom had a bath but the reality is it was mor elike a deep shower as it was so small. The Sea view rooms are by far the nicest as the rooms at the rear of the hotel ov..."erlook quite a small grass area with Tennis courts and another hotel right behind. The view from the front of the hotel is superb, you have the swimming pool and then the beach, at night we slept with the french doors open and you could hear the waves on the beach. Later in season this may not be possible re mosquitos etc. The air conditioning was pointless, It clearly had not been serviced for some time and just appeared to be a motor running in the ceiling unit, making a noise but not having no cooling effect what so ever.
