  "Just wanted to thank the staff at the Boat Hotel for a lovely stay. This was our second trip to the Boat Hotel and we continued to be delighted with the standard of service from all staff. The dining room staff were absolutely excellent and I could not fault them in the slightest or any of the other..." staff for that matter. Our room was clean, fresh and comfortable, and the view over the train station, and hills beyond was a delight to waken to in the morning. The location of this hotel is perfect as a base to explore Aviemore, Carrbridge, Boat of Garten, the Osprey Centre and beyond.   "I think there are plenty of reviews and photos to show what a great hotel this is and I can only confirm the hotel facilities and quality of are excellent. What I would like to emphasize, as other reviewers have noted, is the customer service. Our original booking had to be cancelled because of ..."a family bereavement. The management very kindly not only changed our dates but up-graded us to a suite to "help us at this difficult time". I would like to say how much we appreciated this fantastic gesture, it was indeed just what we needed and reinforces the quality of customer care demonstrated by all staff at The Boat.
