The food is amazi..."ng!! There is so much to do on this island, island hopping, touring the island, fishing, surfing, and can chill out at the bar and play pool in the evenings at white sands. Overall I would definately recommend staying at white sands, as great value for money and very good hospitality. Also got picked up from Siargao airport and taken back, which definately makes things stress free. I'll definately be coming back next year, thanks alan and cecile! " More >

  "we found this place when we were travelling around siargao island on our bikes, we only went in to get something to eat and drink in their restaurant and ended up staying a few days, we had the luxury beachfont chalet, its great and had sat, tv air con and nice furnitiures,and a veranda where we sat..." in the evenings facing on the beach. the food is very very good and big portions, i had steak every night , they do fresh lobster to but i did not try it and the cold beer is really cheap,cheapest i seen around that part of the island, you can use their internet to for free, they have a ipad for customers there to use. the bar is big and colourful and gets busy during the day with people looking for food and beers, i already said the food is great so i can see why, alan the owner is english and always has a joke with you, he is a good pool player and loves his game, i played alot with him at night, the pool table is first class, more than you can say about other tables around, cecilia his... We stayed in the beachfront accommodation, which was clean, had hot water shower, a TV and A/C. There..."'s a good selection of food and beers at great prices in the Bollox Bar (cheapest on the island!) and once in a while Alan might let you win at pool!
