Tasteless food, low quality sport club. Would never tell that it belongs to australians, more like local people
Simple, healthy tasty food. I visited numerous times (I did a daily yoga class). I sampled the breakfast, pasta, vietnamese pancakes, tofu salad and spring rolls (rice paper). All were very tasty and enjoyable. Lex creates a very friendly envieronment and is always happy to sit down for a chat. There is also a gym and yoga classes on site.
Only had protein shakes after workout so can't comment on quality of food but on menu looked good n gd selection tofu, eggs , wholemeal options, salads, fruit veg shakes etc. Staff friendly n helpful gd relaxed atmosphere
great gym open air, prices not high. food - another story - not much healthy, much oil, soya and fish souce.
I had the yoghurt museli and fruit with honey and it was soooo good with and actual serving of museli which is hard to find in Asia as they normally give you a teaspoon worth. We also used the gym a couple of times which whilst basic has everything you need.

If this is one and the same then i'd highly recommend a visit. Great, fresh food and smoothies. Best fresh spring rolls we had in Mui Ne by a country mile.
really sorry but for my opinion you cant use cheap lowquality oil cooking healthy food. otherwise a wonderful place. ps.very atmospheric live show played in the columns during our brunch. like it.
Lovely filling post yoga breakkie, which allowed a welcomed break from all the eggs we get here, porridge with banana and cinnamon - yum!
Mui Ne Health Bar has got unique atmosphere. It is run by Lex who is a fantastic yoga teacher and an amazing friendliest person. I highly recommend morning or 5 p.m. yoga classes which would be good both for beginners and advanced and delicious vegetarian food there.
