Ever clever Dos Santos has landed on his feet as usual. He has brought the Dillons standard of good Tobago cooking to Watermill on Shirvan road. Good Job. It is very good

Great seafood restaurant with excellent wine. Go on a Friday when the steel band is playing and sit outside.
Dillons is and old acquaintance but this time even better than some years ago. Still the same central location but they have made the menu more contemporary and focused on great seafood with some poultry dishes. Be sure to go for the crab-filled red snapper - it´s awesome!
We heard that this place was one of the best in Tobago. Didnt impress us that much, good service and good food but quite expensive compared to other resturants. So didnt make us wanna go there again. To make a reservation is good because its a popular place and gets full quick.
Dillons is picturesque and somewhat over-priced for what it does.
