One of the best Indian meals to be had in Notts, authentic and beautifully presented. Not to be missed.
I went there with my partner for a romantic evening and we have a excellent evening with great tasty Indian curries. The waiters are very friendly and they know every single information about curry. When the food arrives I was amazed by its taste.Enjoyed the evening very much with great taste and impeccable service.would recommend the place and repeat again.
What a gem ! Do not be discouraged by the unassuming restaurant entrance , the food is seriously good. Wonderful service , friendly and attentive . Having eaten in many indian restaurants this ranks among the best . Super peshawri nan and chicken tikka with house special green chilli sauce . Thanks again Kim and Jane
I visit this restaurant regularly with family, friends or as a couple. The standard of the curry and taste of the spices is brilliant and is a nice atmosphere with friendly staff who are happy to advise on curry flavours and options. Monday and tuesday night offer buy one get one free on mains for pre-booked tables which is excellent... More

We eat here regularly and always get good food. the chef specials are worth trying and they will fine tune to your taste (ie warmer, cooler, less garlic etc etc). Staff always welcoming and friendly and the owner will talk to you about the different dishes, their origins, ingredients etc. would happily recommend.
We quite regularly buy takeaways from here and whenever possible we eat in. The food is always excellent and the restaurant has a nice relaxed atmosphere, you feel rushed to finish and move on in some places but certainly not here. Highly recommended!
My wife and I together with my son and his future intended dined at the Khyber Pass. The Indian menu was varied and individual dishes beautifully cooked accommodating individual taste. For example I asked for an Indian salad with plenty of green chillis on it as an accompanyment. The chipatis were of a good size and Peshwari naans very sweet... More
What a disappointment! In my opinion this restaurant has no atmosphere and distinctly below average food. My tandoori king prawn dish included almost raw onions and was very over dry. The prawns showed no evidence of being cooked in a tandoori oven and the dish was distinctly below average. Worse still my garlic and lentil side dish was a fairly... More
I have been to this restaurant many times and I have yet to find fault with anything! Amazing staff, fantastic food and great atmosphere. Definitely one of Southwells finest. Would strongly recommend!
