We new Mark from The Dogwatch, it was fantastic to see him again. We'll be eating there later in the week, but it's also a nice road side bar to stop off for a drink and say hello, just what Jolly Harbour needs. Hope it's a success Mark

What a great find! We're staying at Sugar Ridge and found it frustrating that they don't serve any authentic Caribbean food, and the other restaurants we've found in the area have so far been Greek, Italian and Canadian.
My husband had curried goat and I had jerk chicken. Best dish we've had so far on the island. Everything was perfect....

What can I say. Food, setting, staff are all amazing and absolute top value for money! Not a packet in sight. Everything from start to finish is freshly made . Food prepared with love and served from the heart. If it takes a little longer - get real, relax have a drink and remember its not McDs.
And the chicken...wow,...

Best food in the harbour, run by Mark and his girlfriend, who does the cooking, whilst Mark makes the best cocktails I have tasted. Good food and great prices served with a friendly atmosphere. We returned three times whilst we were in jolly harbour. Roti curry was brill and they do a local goat curry which was good.
As earlier reviews state you are better arriving earlier in peak season to avoid long waiting times for food. However, as the food is cooked Fromm scratch there and then, you should expect some waiting time, fast food it isn't!
We arrived off peak season around 7 so no dramas. There was no starter course which was a shame and...

I was immediately drawn in by the rustic charm of this little restaurant situated on the side of the road. Not only is the structure darling, so is the owner. She was very attentive, and most pleasant. Yes, our meals took awhile. But as everything is prepared fresh, and factoring in island time :-). We patiently waited. We enjoyed our...

The lobster and jerk prawns were amazing. Really good food and a convenient location if you're in the West side of the island. We're definitely coming back before we leave.
