Had dinner with my partner in Hibernia April 2013. Mary Pat who operates the restaurant/gallery with her husband run a quaint and fabulous establishment that overlooks the stunning ocean which surrounds Anguilla. If you have an appreciation for gorgeous flavours, antiquities, art and jewellery then this is the restaurant for you! The first thing that greets you is the tranquil... More

Anguilla is loaded with great restaurants. If you are on island for only a week it's tough to choose. I've lived here for 30 years and you can be assured Hibernia would be on our list if our stay was for only a week. For a serene, soothing, dining experience with terrific food and an outstanding wine list both of... More

We were just in Anguilla for our annual visit. One of the things we look forward to is our annual lunch at Hibernia. The food never disappoints and we love the art the owners find on their visits to Asia. For the starter, we had the mushroom soup with almond broth and the smoked fish (tuna, snapper, etc). Both were... More

Chef Raoul combines French traditions with an Asian twist to create delicious and memorable food. My all time favorite first course is the smoked local fish but the soups are wonderful as well. This visit I had the crayfish sauté which was tender, flavorful and highlighted by an amazing sauce and side of tea steamed rice....yum. My husband had the... More

What a view for lunch! A little piece of Asian inspired paradise! Delicious food and spicy flavours! Worth the drive and a cute art gallery too! Great food and friendly service with the best home made rum raisin ice cream I have ever tasted!!

About a 35 minute drive from the west end to Hibernia but always worth the trip. Mary Pat, Raoul and staff always put out extremely creative and tasty meals. Great wine selection, mostly French. We always go at night so we miss the view. Same menu during the day and easy to take advantage of both.

My husband and I were trying to decide where to eat one toasty night in Anguilla. We drove to a place recommended to us by a local and were not thrilled by the menu. We flipped through the restaurant guide and decided by the flip of a coin on Hibernian. We could not have been happier!!! This spot is outstanding!... More

The ingredients of the highest quality prepared to perfection and presented gracefully in a beautiful setting. Local food offered in refined, organic Asian spices. In 22 years and as many or more visits to the restaurant, we were always elated by yet another imaginative way of duck breast preparation or a touch of lemongrass that would make that crayfish combine... We recently stayed on Anguilla near Hibernia, we came here for dinner by default really as we were planning to have the crayfish dinner at On Da Rocks again but they had sold out. It worked out perfectly as the dinner we had at Hibernia was lovely, full of fresh Asian flavours, the homemade bread was delicious. We had a... More

My wife and I went here and had a fantastic evening. First, wow, what a wine selection - great choices from around the globe. The food menu is equally impressive, taking a lot of local ingredients and fusing them with Asian cooking techniques and preparations. The execution is also there, the food was top notch, very tasty and nice presentation.... More
